Khadas VIM2 Basic的诊断串口在40针GPIO上,GPIO定义如下

使用串口线GND TX RX分别连接Pin17 Pin18 Pin19,打开串口终端软件,然后设置串口线串口号、波特率115200后给开发板上电,开发板启动后开始打印信息

可以看到是双通道DDR4,内存每个1024MB,CPU主频1.2Ghz

默认加载驱动模块如下
